The Ladies Street at Mongkok in Kowloon is an extremely vibrant place to shop that is crowded and bustling. It's definitely a must visit place while in Hongkong! It occupies southern section of Tung Choi Street that is a street situated between Boundary Street and Dundas Street in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Generally day time is not crowded as in the evenings or night time but still there will be people around though not squeezed. Stalls started to close around 9.45 but after 10 pm there were still others open.

You will easily spend couple of hours here as there are hundreds of stalls for you to roam around and shop for all kinds of product items. It is actually quite an interesting place to shop in a street which long enough to tired your legs.
You can find all items here ranging from fashion, bags, shoes, costume jewelries, household and kitchen items, toys, mobile phone gadgets, electronic and computer accessories, food etc at affordable prices. If you want any souvenirs, don't buy them in the famous attractions, wait and buy them in this market, you'll save a couple of bucks!
Tips:
While walking along, you can grab up some snacks or finger point at some shops, selling famous Chee Cheong Fun, Boiled Fish Balls, Yam Cake or some local famous biscuits "Wife's cake" (Lo Po Pen) or "Red Bean Paste Cake" (Dou Sha Pen).

You must bargain over the prices offered by stall owners. You may need to do for a while in order to get the best price you want. At times, you may need to pretend to walk off if the stall owners refuse to accept your price. Most of them will call you back eventually. However, during the bargaining process, don't expect the stall owners to smile at you.

Try visiting the Flower Market Street , near Mongkok Stadium, not far from Ladies Street. There are hundreds of shops selling all kinds of potted plants, flowers, fruit trees, gardening tools and fertilizers. You will definitely be spoilt for choices and prices are competitive too. Remember to bargain too!
The Ladies Market is an interesting place to visit when in Kowloon. While you may indulged in your shopping spree, always be alert and careful of your belongings as pickpockets always operate in crowded places!

This market is the best for ladies. It has offer various thing to buy for ladies and Kids. This market street is the most famous and major place in Hong Kong. I have been visited there before tour west coast. This market is the famous for ladies cloth, Shoes, Jewelry and many other things. I have personally bought a beautiful cloth and shoes for my family. The things are amazing and well decorated.
